To line manage designated administration staff within the agreed site/s. Facilitate the continuous provision of high quality administrative support to medical/healthcare professionals, service users and UHL in the Community Management. Work closely with the Service Manager in providing leadership, direction and support to administrative staff, whilst developing effective working relationships, efficient practices and a motivated workforce.
