Purchase Ledger - Knutsford - Permanent - Up to £30,000 We are working with a prestigious client based in Knutsford who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger to join their small and outgoing team on a permanent basis. Duties include: Process and manage purchase invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions on Sage and Excel Ensure the correct coding of purchase orders and purchase invoices to nominal codes and project numbers Checking supplier statements Responding to queries via telephone and email Processing staff expenses Use CIS Module to process supplier statements General admin duties to support the wider finance team when required The ideal candidate will have experience on Sage and Excel, have a high attention to detail and be a strong communicator both written and verbal.
