As a Billing Administrator Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the Non-Recurring Revenue (NRR) / One-Off Billing process, ensuring that invoices for hardware, kit, engineering time, and project-based work are processed accurately and efficiently. You will lead a team, ensuring that invoicing queues are managed effectively and all invoices are issued before month-end to maximise cash flow.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
What You Will Be Doing
* Leading and managing the invoicing team, conducting monthly one-to-ones and performance analysis.
* Ensuring all invoices are processed before month-end deadlines.
* Overseeing the invoicing queue, making sure orders move swiftly from completion to billing.
* Reviewing purchase orders and contracts to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
* Managing one-off and project-based invoicing, including milestone billing.
