Key Responsibilities - Energy Sales Consultant
* Working within an outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.
* Initiating connections with key decision makers to grasp their business energy needs.
* Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Securing customer interest and obtaining copies of their bills for further analysis.
* Executing consultations, negotiations, and closures of energy contracts.
* Cultivating enduring, trust-based relationships with clients to optimise future business opportunities.
* Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
Skills And Experience - Energy Sales Consultant
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
* Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (KPI: Revenue)
* A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
* Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
* Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
