What you’ll do Being a Facilities Specialist about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: Ensure prompt responses to service requests, coordinating with team members and contractors to maintain high client satisfaction. Foster a collaborative team environment, supporting inclusion, skill development, and seamless Facilities operations. Maintain accurate building documentation and asset registers, ensuring legal compliance and readiness for audits. Manage contractors, permits, and KPIs while promoting alignment with client culture and delivering high-quality services. Oversee building plant, AV equipment, and utilities; resolve issues or escalate as needed, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Support property maintenance, procurement, and resource planning, contributing to the effective use of facilities and budgets. Serve as a key holder for emergencies and provide support for facilities work outside core operating hours as well as front of house cover when required. Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Strong team player with excellent communication and administrative skills, able to prioritise and remain flexible in work. In depth knowledge of Health & Safety processes, site systems, and experience in driving quality improvements and cost management. Experience in monitoring Health & Safety compliance, conducting audits, and reporting, with a solid understanding of sustainability practices. Proficient in developing asset lists for buildings, plant, and equipment, and managing long-term maintenance and CAPEX planning. Expertise in solving day to day issues in a production environment, reading construction drawings, and using MS Project and Excel. Flexible with working hours, capable of using TREND 963 software, planning projects, and holding a CIOB or Level 4 site maintenance qualification.
