Key Responsibilities: Conducting property searches and investigations Managing Stamp Duty Land Tax returns and preparing Land Registry applications Opening and closing case files, and providing administrative support Maintaining consistent and professional communication with clients and third parties What We’re Looking For: A background as a Paralegal, or experience in the legal field with a strong interest in transitioning to Residential Property Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines A passion for law and a proactive approach to learning and development Benefits Include: 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Christmas shutdown without using annual leave 3% employer pension contribution Free on-street parking A friendly, supportive work environment that values collaboration Office located in a central area with nearby amenities Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
