Registered Manager – Supported Living (South Manchester) We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our new supported living home in South Manchester, providing care and support for young adults with learning difficulties. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our service from the ground up. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – this is a must 3 years experience managing a supported living or residential care service. A solid track record of working with social workers, commissioners, and other professionals to support residents. Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate a team and create a positive, supportive environment. A genuine passion for working with people with learning disabilities and helping them build independent lives. What You’ll Be Doing: Overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring we provide safe, person-centered care. Building strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and health professionals to ensure a steady flow of referrals. Creating and implementing tailored care plans that help residents develop independence and achieve their personal goals. Recruiting, training, and leading a team who genuinely care about making a difference. Ensuring we meet all CQC regulations and maintain high standards of compliance.
