Marketing Manager – B2B Tech – Up to £60k + bonus – Hybrid 3 days in London
Our client is an award-winning B2B tech company looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast paced, growth environment. Reporting directly into the Founders, they need a passionate Marketer who can use their initiative across the full marketing mix, supporting with digital marketing, campaign management, content and events. In addition to hybrid working, the the team offer a performance-based bonus, a company wellbeing initiative, pension contributions, and 25 days AL + BH + birthdays off.
This varied and hands-on position would best suit a Marketer who is looking for plenty of ownership, autonomy, and creative freedom! You will have the opportunity to lead on content creation, developing and reporting on content across email, web, and social channels. Whether you're creating a blog, tracking campaign success, developing customer pitches, or building marketing materials for trade shows, you will be playing a crucial role in the team, driving brand awareness and growth. There are exciting projects ahead including launching a new website which you will manage alongside the paid advertising campaigns.
What do I need?
* At least 3 years of solid hands-on marketing experience, working across the full mix.
* Experience from B2B tech/ SaaS, startup, or another fast-growth environment
* Must use HubSpot, and ideally Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience managing email marketing platforms and paid advertising campaigns.
* Experience working on events/trade shows a plus
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* A positive, forward-thinking attitude.
