We are now seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join our dynamic team in Magheralin, Co. Armagh. This ideal candidate will play a key role in providing support and backup across the Leprino purchasing function. On offer is; A competitive salary Annual bonus 10% pension Enhanced company sick pay Family friendly policies Enhanced holidays Healthcash plan Perks discount card Company events Monday to Friday (with paid breaks) Working with and reporting to Purchasing Coordinator, the successful candidate will: Provide first line support to Site Purchase Requisitioners Process purchase orders and Invoices Managing and resolving invoice queries Be responsible for reporting and developing regular reports Administration of Supplier approvals and Material codes Manage and maintain Pricing records Processing and reporting TSS customs declarations Assist in the generation and collation of local contracts and agreements Other purchasing duties as required The successful candidates must have: Knowledge of purchasing processes and techniques Purchase / finance function and / or purchase ledge experience Excellent IT skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft office Packages - specifically Excel & Sharepoint Strong organisation and planning skills with ability to prioritise effectively Ability to work to deadlines and be self-motivated Excellent numeracy and analytical skills Excellent communication skills Good Problem solving skills Teamwork orientated Desirable: SAP experience Degree qualification in purchasing or related discipline If you have the qualifications, experience and qualities necessary to meet the challenge of this position, please apply by submitting your CV by clicking Apply belowby 19th Jan 2025.
