The Role Our client has a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Account Manager to join their team You’ll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customers, promoting and cross selling their suite of products, including Financial Services & Risk Management Services and their range of Motor and Personal General Insurance products. Responsibilities: Reviewing and identifying the commercial insurance needs of a portfolio of existing clients and advising on insurance products. Transact business compliantly and within FCA requirements with a ‘customer-centric’ approach. Undertaking reviews of existing policies for clients via email, over the phone and in person. This will predominantly be fleet, mid-corporate and large corporate commercial policies, but will also include home, motor, and equine. Cross-selling the full range of their products, including financial services and risk management services. Growing a profile and reputation within the office for advising corporate businesses, delivering effective insurance solutions and service across all product Effectively managing your time to balance client reviews, pre and post review work and any other responsibilities. Skills and Requirements: Previous B2B experience essential. Experience working in insurance/financial services desirable, not essential. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks. Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Maths and English. Demonstrate problem solving ability, good attention to detail and willingness to use own initiative and judgement.
