This role is based near Cambridgeshire, with the client looking for someone with a relevant admin/facilities background. Below are all the details on this excellent new opportunity Hours of Work / Details: 08:00am to 17:00pm Office Based Up to £24,000 per annum Permanent position Key responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, responding to maintenance requests and queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Log and manage service requests, ensuring they are accurately recorded, prioritized, and assigned to the appropriate team members. Monitor the progress of open tickets and follow up with clients and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution. Schedule and coordinate maintenance visits, ensuring that engineers and contractors have the necessary information to carry out their tasks efficiently. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and job status. Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Provide clients with updates on the status of their requests and resolve any issues that may arise during the maintenance process. Assist with reporting, invoicing, and managing service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective delivery of services and timely resolution of issues. Maintain and update records in the facilities management software, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-dateRequirements: Previous experience in a support or administrative role, ideally within facilities management or a related sector. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
