EQUANS is seeking an Electrician Technician to join our team at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy on a permanent basis. This full-time position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, a competitive salary, and excellent benefits.
*The role involves shift work covering Early, Backs, and Nights, details to be discussed at interview.
What will you deliver?
* Deliver Planned & Reactive maintenance of HV, LV, and Electrical Systems & Equipment as per the Schedule of Programmed Maintenance.
* Complete all Planned Maintenance within designated timeframes.
* Perform Reactive Works in line with contractual SLAs.
* Record all Corrective & Remedial works accurately.
* Report works requiring external skills or contractors.
* Maintain the integrity of Critical systems to minimize asset downtime.
* Use PDA effectively to record work details and data.
* Complete all maintenance documentation accurately, both electronic and hard copies.
* Support additional work requests within scope and timeframes.
* Assist in audits and assurance activities, completing required actions.
* Participate in meetings, toolbox talks, and training as directed.

Who are we looking for?
* SCQF Level 7 Electrotechnical Qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
* BS 18th Edition Amendment 2 qualified.
* Strong communication skills and adaptable attitude.
* Full Clean Driving Licence.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDA, and administrative tasks.
* Personable with good client and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Experience in healthcare sector maintenance and knowledge of relevant standards (SHTM 06-01, 02, 03).
* Qualifications as LV & HV Appointed/Authorised Person or Competent Person preferred.
This role requires a Disclosure Scotland Basic check.
