An exciting opportunity for a qualified mental health wellbeing practitioner to be at the forefront in delivering the therapeutic provision offered within primary care, to meet the needs of the local population, in collaboration with other psychological practitioners and operational leads. The post-holder will provide psychological assessment, formulation and treatment to clients with moderately complex mental health disorders within the service. This will include developing and facilitating group based interventions. The post-holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures The Successful Candidate Will hold a graduate certificate (Level 6) or postgraduate certificate (Level 7) delivering the national curriculum for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (Adult Specialist Mental Health) work closely with colleagues in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver interventions for our service users carry out relevant risk assessments and risk management with the multi-disciplinary team engage with and gather information from service users, relatives, and patient records to develop a formulation work in collaboration with the individual service user and their family and carers as appropriate to develop care plans that are focused on strengths and are outcome based.
