Deputy Head of Operations - Guildford
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum

We are excited to be recruiting for a Deputy Head of Operations based at Wisley Gardens.
Shift Pattern: 5 over 7 days, 40 hours week between the hours of 8:00-19:00 with occasional evenings during events
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing four General Managers
* Conduct ongoing reviews of food and service, providing constructive feedback to chefs and the service team, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence
* Implement rigorous quality control measures, including audits, guest feedback reviews, and mystery diner assessments, to uphold brand expectations and drive guest satisfaction
* Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence
* Manage staffing levels effectively, leading recruitment and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team
* Oversee financial budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance, taking proactive measures to control costs, drive revenue, and improve gross margins
* Maintain compliance with company financial policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements, providing accurate reporting and analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and other legal requirements
* Report regularly to the Head of Operations, providing updates on site performance, financial status, and operational challenges
Previous experience working within a multisite position is essential.
