We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client of ours who specialise in products and materials for the construction industry. They are looking for a proactive, efficient, and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team on a FTC. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch. Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate. Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels. Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints. Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details. Requirements: NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training A proactive approach Efficient and motivated Friendly, outgoing personality Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team The client is looking to interview and offer ASAP
