This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and creative Year 2 Teacher that is eager to make a real difference and impact the learning of students attending the school. You'll have the opportunity to be an English lead, so you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and the outcome of learning provided, all while developing your own professional skills and expertise.
The Role:
* Plan and prepare engaging lessons based on individuals' needs to motivate all learners.
* Teach according to the children's academic needs.
* Mark and assess within the school policies and procedures.
* Complete ongoing assessments, recording progress and reporting to middle and senior leaders.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupils' achievements and well-being.
* Ensure that the subject complies with the statutory requirements in terms of curriculum assessment and recording and reporting pupil attainment, progress, and results.
