Following the integration of Muir Property Solutions Ltd, into Muir Group on November 4th, we are delighted to have become one, rather than two organisations. Working as one, we’ll become more efficient and effective so we can improve our repairs service even more. Making these changes also means we can invest more in the services, improving the way we look after our customers’ homes. This integration has provided us with the opportunity to carefully consider and restructure our repairs and maintenance functions and has led to the creation of several new roles which will be crucial in helping us create a modern and high performing repairs service. About You Our Asset Management Team has an exciting Sustainability Officer role on offer. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering our environmental plans to reduce energy and carbon across our housing stock. You’ll work with the Asset Management team to set and meet our sustainability goals, reduce our carbon footprint, and support initiatives that align with our customer commitment to providing safe and quality homes. In this role, you will be passionate about data and have strong problem-solving skills to analyse property performance data, identify and recommend grant funding opportunities, and support the creation and execution of our planned and environmental investment programmes. You will also assist with tracking project progress, monitoring budgets, and regularly updating senior management to ensure alignment with our strategic sustainability goals. If you think you’ve got most of what we are looking for, but not everything, we’d still love to hear from you. The closing date for applications is 9am on Friday 29th November 2024. You’ll need to submit a CV and supporting statement telling us about you and why you're right for the job. Interviews will take place on Wednesday 11th December or Thursday 12th December at our Head Office in Lightfoot Street, Chester.
