Our client, a firm of Independent & Chartered Financial Planners are established in the industry and offer a solid reputation for providing holistic Financial Advice. They are now looking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their established team. Supporting a team of Financial Planners, the successful candidate will provide direct support across three key teams within the business, including; Administration, Review and Report Writing.
Duties and responsibilities will be varied and consist of;
Admin team
* Dealing with new business
* Top ups
* Changes in client income
* Withdrawals Handling daily queries from clients and candidates
* Providing management information
* Organising future planning meetings with a client on behalf of the Financial Planner
* Liaise with product providers and other third parties to acquire any additional information
Review team
1. Preparing the client review reports for the advisers to take to meetings
2. Using both un-house and the Dynamic Planner template
