Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the London-based office
Salary: up to 45K
The Video Content Creator is part of our dynamic Content team sitting within the Creative team.
Reporting to the Senior Content and Art Direction Lead, you are responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing video content for a variety of paid performance channels, including social media (inc. Paid Social), YouTube, styling videos, seasonal campaigns, on-site needs, and support with design and VM presentations.
A strong, versatile storyteller with a deep understanding of the fashion industry and marketing strategies.
You have an exceptional creative eye and a passion for fashion, with the ability to craft engaging, high-quality, and lo-fi, in-the-moment video content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and keeping up with trends in both fashion and digital marketing.
You live and breathe innovation in video content creation, are commercially aware, and able to push boundaries.
You will build strong relationships with our customers through exciting and engaging video content that is always relevant and relatable.
We want to create a fashion buzz around every piece of content we create, owning fashion trends, starting conversations, and tapping into cultural moments.
As part of the Creative collective, you will play a critical role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, ensuring that all video content reflects the brand's values and resonates with our target audience, creating brand love.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Develop original video concepts that align with our brand's vision and commercial goals.
* Work with the Senior Content and AD lead to develop and implement a video content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
* Create compelling video content for all paid performance channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and on-site.
* Plan and execute the production of video content, working with the seasonal content calendar, product pushes, culturally reactive pieces, and campaign alignment, ensuring video content is on-brand, inspiring, and balanced.
* Educate and inspire the customer on the newest fashion trends and volume core lines with the same passion while remaining friendly and inspirational.
* Collaborate with the Content, Creative, Styling, and Marketing teams to understand key product and business objectives and ensure that video content is optimized for each platform and performance channel.
* Produce video content aimed at maximizing ROI and driving sales, working closely with the performance marketing team to test and iterate video creative across multiple campaigns and channels.
* Stay ahead of the latest trends in digital content creation, fashion marketing, and emerging platforms, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to engage our audience through video.
* Manage the video content creation process from ideation through to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met and content is produced within budget.
* Produce video content for creative, styling, design, and VM teams to land seasonal product drops, including product demonstrations, lookbooks, and other on-site engagement videos.
* Be an effective cross-team collaborator with the ability to foster productive internal relationships.
* Manage the end-to-end production of campaign video assets from concept to post-production, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative and marketing timelines and objectives.
* Ensure all video content maintains a consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic that aligns with the brand's vision, image, and style guidelines.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
* 5 years of experience in fashion/retail video content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various digital marketing channels.
* Proficiency in video production and editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
* Strong understanding of digital advertising trends and platform requirements.
* Familiarity with video optimization strategies for paid campaigns.
* Strong eye for fashion, trends, and brand storytelling.
* Comfortable interpreting data and feedback to refine and optimize video content.
* You’re a self-motivator, able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of creativity and quality.
* Experience with live streaming and social events.
