You will respond to and resolve straight forward queries and redirect more complex queries to other members of the team as appropriate. Queries may be received either in person or by email. You will be responsible for the general tidiness and organisation of the office and kitchen spaces including ensuring good availability of milk and other supplies. We welcome applications from all sections of the community. You will be based in the Oxford University Press (OUP) offices in Great Clarendon Street, Oxford for 5 mornings per week. There is no scope for remote or hybrid working. About You You should have some experience of customer service with the ability to work as part of a team in an office environment. You should have the ability to use your own initiative and be able to communicate effectively either to resolve straight forward issues or to escalate more complex queries. You should also have experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and a range of other systems and platforms, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
