Location: Oxford, UK (with significant travel to US and Australia)

Randstad Sourceright, a provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is recruiting for a Senior Strategy Consultant to support Siemens, a global leader in automotive and off-highway manufacturing. Siemens is undergoing a significant transformation, and this role is key in enhancing their aftermarket services offerings.
Role Overview:
This is a 6-month contracting role for a Senior Strategy Consultant specializing in aftermarket services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level strategies focused on post-sale services such as maintenance, spare parts, and additional product offerings. The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, particularly the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and collaborating closely with a team of consultants to deliver on Siemens' transformation goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement aftermarket service strategies, focusing on areas like maintenance, spare parts, and additional services.
* Provide strategic advice to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and leadership team.
* Collaborate with Siemens' consulting team to design and execute transformation programs.
* Engage regularly with senior executives to ensure successful strategy implementation.
* Lead the delivery of aftermarket services strategies and monitor progress across multiple regions.
* Travel frequently to key locations, including the UK, US, and potentially Australia, to meet with stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in the automotive or off-highway manufacturing sectors, with a focus on aftermarket services.
* Strong background in strategy design and transformation within complex environments.
* Experience working with senior executives and leading advisory or consulting roles.
* Expertise in OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and aftermarket service offerings.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Comfort with extensive travel and working across international locations.
* Strong project management experience and ability to drive change in large-scale transformation projects.
