Job Description: What You’ll Do We are looking for a Site Reliability Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of shift engineers to maximise plant availability. In this role you will assist the Engineering planner with PPM planning and analyse and amend PPM schedules to ensure relevance, criticality and timely completion as well as being responsible for the analysis and reporting of CMMS data to improve reliability. In addition you will maintain records with the site maintenance system, perform root cause analysis where necessary and manage calibrations of equipment. There will also be a requirement to assist in the delivery of CAPEX projects and managing external contractors. Experience: To succeed in this role you will have experience in: Qualified time served Multi skilled Engineer, HNC, HND or equivalent Experience of classified hazardous areas and ATEX equipment, CompEx Ex 05 - 06 or equivalent qualification a distinct advantage Experience manufacturing industries on automated raw material feed systems, auto weighing, bagging lines, LEV, packaging and palletising equipment a distinct advantage To work at a competent level of expertise on PLC’s, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems 17th edition IEE wiring regulations certificate preferable Previous training / skills in Fabrication, Welding, FLT, IPAF, PASMA, IOSH, WAH, NEBOSH confined space, abrasive wheels a distinct advantage Who You Are: We are looking for a self motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
