Fraud & Investigations Team Leader

A bit about the job:
Within this role, you will lead a motor insurance team of fraud investigators (grade B) dealing with investigating motor claims which may be up to a value of £125k. The team will deal with customers and third parties for vehicle damage, mobility, property damage, and other losses as well as the following:
* Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
* Set clear team measures, providing coaching and upskilling to achieve the optimum outcome.
* Support and develop your team to provide a leading customer experience whilst focusing on the indemnity spend.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Strong understanding of fraud.
* Ability to have challenging and difficult conversations with handlers, key stakeholders, and customers.
* Strong knowledge, experience, and understanding of leading a team.
* Understanding of the UK Insurance market.
* Ability to understand and articulate data.
What you’ll get for this role:
* Salary from £36,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
* Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
