Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and those who present behaviours that challenge?
As a Supported Living Business Development Manager, your expertise will be pivotal in working with commissioners and property developers to deliver the highest standard of care.
This role is for a well-established community care business, who are looking to grow their supported living business.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and property developers.
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand supported living services.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
4. Lead and manage a team to achieve business objectives.
5. Create and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery.
6. Monitor and report on business performance and growth.
Desirable Experience:
1. Proven track record in business development within the supported living sector.
2. Strong understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
3. Experience in working with commissioners and property developers.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
6. Ability to create and implement strategic business plans.
