Are you ready to drive innovation and make a real impact in the B2B digital world? At Upscale, we're seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead our diverse app portfolio into the future. Your mission: navigate the entire product development journey, from insightful research to seamless implementation and performance evaluation.
Your Impact:
1. Pioneer Success: Start with a short-term roadmap based on existing requirements, then redefine and set the strategic vision for new app horizons.
2. Unleash Potential: Dive into customer needs and market trends to prioritize impactful product features that align with business goals.
3. Collaborate and Execute: Work with talented teams in UX, marketing, support, and development to bring your roadmap to life with seamless communication and coordination.
4. Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Set clear goals and use insights to refine and optimize performance, ensuring every action creates real value.
5. Shape the Future: Craft a compelling vision for our apps, continuously adapting to new insights and opportunities.
What we're looking for:
1. Solid current/previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
2. Collaborative approach to leading and inspiring a team.
3. Driven to set and accomplish complex goals; experience in taking an idea, making a plan, and executing it.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to work across a range of functions, teams, and seniority.
5. Experience in defining measures of success in a product and interpreting complex data.
