We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operational Support Administrator to join our dynamic and exciting team.
This role combines administrative and operational responsibilities, supporting daily functions while driving efficiency and contributing to sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock and Sales Management:
- Maintain an accurate digital stock list and ensure timely updates.
- Manage, update, and list products across various sales platforms.
Promotional Campaigns:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Financial Administration:
- Produce invoices and manage our digital accounts.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns.
- Manage payment being received inline with invoices issued.
Operational Administration:
- Generate and submit operational reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Streamline workflows and suggest improvements to operational processes.
Logistical Support:
- Assist in organising, shipping, or procurement for our business.
- Track shipments, inventory, & equipment to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Administrative Coordination:
- Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings for operations teams or managers.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain records and databases, including inventory, employee information, or compliance documentation.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a point of contact between departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate teams or personnel.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, or service providers as part of operational workflows.
Requirements:
