Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a talented and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital branch. As a Pharmacy Manager in one of Rowlands hospital branches you will be given extensive and specialist training as well as gaining exposure to the hospital pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage pharmacy operations to maximise profitability and meet KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and legal requirements.
* Adhere to operational guidance, SOPs, and company policies.
* Optimise stock levels and use automated dispensing solutions.
* Plan and manage business activities to meet standards and deadlines.
* Promote exceptional patient and customer service.
* Lead and develop the team to achieve high performance and customer care.
* Oversee front-of-house operations and ensure a great customer experience.
* Utilise training to maintain a knowledgeable and productive team.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
What We Require
* Previous experience of managing a team
* Previous pharmacy experience
* Effective people management skills.
* Understanding of relevant NHS contractual requirements.
* Understanding of professional regulations relevant to pharmacy operations.
