As a Peripatetic Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across multiple locations. You’ll step in where needed, providing leadership, stability, and expertise to teams while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and championing innovation in service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and supporting teams across multiple services, stepping in where leadership is needed.
* Ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding, in line with CQC regulations.
* Leading and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence.
* Overseeing budgets and resources to maintain financial sustainability.
* Building and maintaining relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders.
* Championing digital transformation and forward-thinking approaches in care.
* Providing flexible support, including some weekend and on-call responsibilities.
What You’ll Bring:
* NVQ Level 3 with a willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or earlier equivalent qualifications such as Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMCS)
* Experience in managing teams and services in the social care sector.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and safeguarding.
* A values-driven approach, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
* Financial management skills to effectively oversee budgets and resources.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery.
