You will be working within the Learning and Development service and will be expected to deliver a quality and customer focused service through innovative design and delivery techniques/methods focused on equipping our managers and staff to reach their full potential. Learning development and capability is a key component to deliver the Trust strategy. Main duties of the job You will have the ability to adapt and deliver a wide range of learning and development interventions - management development, soft skills, core/essential skills, coaching, mentoring, appraisals, and more. You will be supporting the Senior Learning and Development facilitator in supporting our staff to develop effective people and management skills. A relevant Undergraduate degree qualification or equivalent training or substantial experience in a management/training role within learning and development field is essential. You will also have a formal qualification in teaching e.g. PTTLS or Post Graduate Certificate in Education. You must be an excellent communicator who can quickly establish credibility with colleagues at all levels within the organisation. You will have experience of working in a fast paced environment and have the ability and resilience to adapt to changing requirements whilst maintaining a quality and customer focused service.
