We have a new opportunity for a part-time Children and Family Domestic Abuse Worker located in our Northallerton outreach team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assess the needs of children and young people aged between 10 to 16 years and their families on an individual basis in relation to their experiences of domestic abuse and provide a personalised programme of support.
2. Support families of children displaying abusive behaviour within the family home or in their own intimate relationships.
3. Utilize personalised support programmes, group work, and individual sessions to work with families and their parents to help minimise harmful behaviours and challenge negative perceptions from experiences of unhealthy relationships and domestic abuse.

Starting Salary: £27,711 FTE or £13,855.50 pro-rated for 18.50 hours per week.
