Our client is a well-established creative retail design agency who provide unique, creative and engaging solutions to their clients. Covering a multitude of sectors, they plan, manage and deliver quick and efficient production to many well-known retailers.
Now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. You should be able to effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. Working across a range of Retail Display and Shop fitting projects from designing stores and exhibitions to delivering shop-in-shops and POS campaigns.
You’ll be working in high-pressure environments, so excellent organisational skills are key! Paired with experience in manufacturing within retail displays/shop fit, working with a variety of materials.
Job Role
1. Lead the planning and implementation of projects, developing plans and timelines
2. Generate and maintain a close working relationship with manufacturing partners/suppliers
3. Provide timely cost estimates and accurate production quotes for clients
4. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value and quality
5. Manage the project resources both internally and externally
6. Liaise with various internal departments to ensure updates of progress are well communicated
7. Excellent technical knowledge and practical understanding of manufacturing and materials
8. Be organised, with a keen eye for detail, to maintain accurate administration of projects
9. Track project deliverables, using appropriate tools
10. Project evaluations and assessments of the results
11. Quality control of supplier goods, to make sure they meet specifications and are fit for purpose
12. Monitor the production processes, adjusting schedules as required
