Our client, based in Kingston, is currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. You would be resonsible for - Managing payments - Credit control to ensure timely payment - Resolving client queries via telephone and emails - Assisting with accounts administration including invoicing, accounts receivable and cash reconciliation as well as completing various accounts reports. - Completing month end duties and annual audits The chosen candidate will need to have - Experience working within a previous accounts position as well as being confident with credit control, experience with online banking and credit card payments. - IT literate - Excel is essential as well as Outlook, Word and Power-Point. - Have an excellent communication skills, both written, with clients and colleagues. - Quality data entry skills are required, with attention to detail.
