**Job Description**
Broadland Housing Association Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Housing Customer Services Lead to lead the Customer Services Team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of managing customer service teams and possess excellent coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and enhance customer service processes to ensure effective team performance.
* Monitor performance data and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead the Customer Services Team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* GCSE's in English and Maths (Grade 4/C/Equivalent)
* At least 3 years experience of leading and managing a customer service team
* Significant people management experience demonstrating excellent coaching skills
* Experience working in a customer services environment dealing with multiple and varied queries as well as customer dissatisfaction.
