POST TITLE Examination Invigilator
RESPONSIBLE TO Examination Officer
Hours: Variable hours, as and when required, between 8.00 am – 5.00 pm from early November – end of June (Additional hours may also be available at other times of the year)
Southfield School are looking to extend their pool of exam invigilators to support the school in the running of external examinations as well as internal examinations at set times throughout the academic, on a basis of ad hoc hours that consist of morning and afternoon sessions.
Invigilators play a key role in upholding the integrity of the examination process, ensuring all exams are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulations. If you are reliable, flexible, calm, and organised and able to use your own initiative, we would be interested in hearing from you.
Examinations are planned to run from November through to January, March and May through to July. The hours are flexible and would ideally suit a person living locally and looking to work occasional hours as and when required. Full training will be provided for successful applicants.
