About the Role:
As a Senior Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and showcase how Joblogic's service management software can help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
* Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify areas where Joblogic's software can add value
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
* Presentation of Joblogic's software solutions to potential clients, highlighting its features and benefits
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to drive business growth
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the software industry
* Proven track record of successfully acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 25 days of annual leave, death in service insurance, hybrid working arrangements, and generous commission structures.
