29.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen in the dynamic and fast paced Physiotherapy service, who are looking for someone to join the team as a Fusion Support Administrator. Please be aware this is a hybrid role, working from home four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) and one day in Epsom (Thursday). Working closely with the Fusion Network Operational Lead, Clinical Governance team and our 3rd party clinic’s. The successful candidate will quickly become a crucial part of the daily running of Nuffield Health’s Fusion Service. The role will support our 3rd party clinics to ensure they are maintaining Nuffield Health’s exceptional standards. The successful individual will hold the following responsibilities: • Managing, organising, and updating relevant data using database applications • Liaising with 3rd party clinics to ensure their diaries are loaded to the portal. • Expertly handling all contact with our 3rd party clinics via several channels: calls and emails. Ensuring the customer journey is seamless throughout. • Ensuring full case management of patient data, that IT systems are accurate and detailed, and the customer journey is at the forethought of all actions. • Promoting a positive image of Nuffield Health through effective communication and responsive action with both internal and external contacts (existing customers/suppliers/general enquiries) • Appropriately escalating any patient or complaint issues to management. • Communicate using appropriate channels to provide information; share knowledge; keep colleagues informed of progress and to respond to enquiries within your remit. • Adhere to Data Protection principles, as well as ensuring all information (whether patient or organisation specific) is treated sensitively and confidentially. • Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management. • Take responsibility for own personal development through regular 1:1’s meetings and yearly appraisal process. • The role holder will be expected to perform any other duties that may reasonably be asked of them. • The role holder will need to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels across the divisions. • Ensure that all clinics apart of the network comply with terms set out in the service agreement. Failure to comply will lead to an audit and potential of being removed from the network. • Assist in a yearly robust 3rd party fusion audit cycle with the aim to improve client relationship as well as clinical need. Skills, Qualification and Experience: • Previous experience as an Administrator/ Coordinator within the UK Healthcare market (desirable). • Competent IT user with strong skills particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word • Ability to learn new database systems quickly and accurately. • Professional and confident with excellent verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritise and deal with varied workload under the pressure of multiple deadlines. • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Experience of internal patient management systems (Desirable)
