We are looking for an Freight Coordinator to be based at our Newcastle site (SR5 2TA ) This role involves remote work of up to 3 days per week at home (Subject to Business Requirements). As a Freight Coordinator you will be working as part of a team responsible and effective planning of shipments on behalf of the International Healthcare Control Tower’s Customers. Overseeing agreed procedures as a control tower for Healthcare business. 2) Financial Ensuring costs received and debits raised are as per the agreed levels. Raising customer invoices 3) Compliance Ensuring all operations adhere to the route lane designs agreed and approved by quality managers within Yusen and the client. Support the Quality and compliance team with investigation when needed Producing required reports for management and clients where necessary. Remote and site visits to clients and suppliers to ensure business reviews and continuous improvement processes. 4) Customer service To engage with the customer to meet their need and expectations To be the initial conduit for all bookings, queries and finance related issues for portfolio of clients.
