Application Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and experience teaching in a Key Stage 1 setting.
• A passionate, creative approach to teaching, with a strong desire to help every child succeed.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity and independent thinking.
• Supporting and guiding students to develop key literacy and numeracy skills.
• Tracking and assessing pupil progress and adapting your teaching to meet their needs.
• Collaborating with a supportive team of staff, including TAs, to ensure all children reach their potential.
• Encouraging a love of learning through a dynamic and exciting curriculum.
