As an integral part of their operations, you will perform non-destructive testing and inspection of components to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct non-destructive testing using methods such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), penetrant testing (PT), and radiographic testing (RT). - Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings effectively. - Ensure all testing complies with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations. - Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing. - Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project requirements and deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: - Certification in relevant NDT methods (e.g., Level 1 or Level 2 in UT, MPI, PT, RT, as per EN 4179 or ASNT standards). - An understanding of industry codes and standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, BS EN). - Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within aerospace or engineering sectors. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and reporting skills.
