We are absolutely thrilled to be working alongside our Award-Winning Construction Manufacturing client as we look to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator to join their incredible and focussed technical division.

Your New Role
1. Provide first class customer service and take ownership of customers within your product sector.
2. Work effectively in a Customer Service Team, focusing on prioritisation of workload to meet agreed deadlines and SLA's.
3. Engage and develop relationships within the sector promoting the full portfolio of products.
4. Meet exceptional standards within the team to optimise sales opportunities and convert to orders.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Preparation and processing of customer quotations and orders.
2. Processing orders with a 'right first time' mentality.
3. Be the customer's internal advocate; effectively communicate with customers using common language and managing expectations.
4. Answering queries from customers.
5. Liaising internally with other departments to see queries through, 'start to finish' for customers.
6. Ownership of identified customers, including any incoming complaints.
7. Checking of technical information and pricing according to data sheets and costing models.
8. Maintain records to the highest standard, whilst processing in line with regulatory and company standards.
9. Utilise 'Customer First' Values to enhance customer service experience at every opportunity.
10. Deal with queries whilst working in a fast-paced environment and working towards departmental KPI's.
11. Report customer or system issues to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.
12. Work closely and collaborate with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations and Manufacturing to coordinate and drive activities.
13. Point of escalation as customer liaison on behalf of the department/customer.
14. Contribute to the continuous business improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives.
15. To always be an ambassador for the company, internally and externally.
16. Comply with Fatal Risk Standards, Health & Safety Policy, and safe working practices, ensure responsibility for safety and discipline in work area and report accidents and 'near misses' in accordance with defined safety procedures.
Your Knowledge and Skills
1. Familiar with CRM systems (Essential).
2. Manufacturing order process (Desirable).
3. Familiarity with the industry (Desirable).
4. Product knowledge (Training provided).
5. Customer-focussed.
6. Process driven.
7. High commercial awareness.
8. Excellent time management skills.
9. Ability to assess a situation quickly and respond in the appropriate manner.
10. Communicate effectively at all levels - internally and externally with an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
11. Ambitious in seeking training and/or further development.
12. High levels of attention to detail and organisation.
13. Computer literate (Microsoft Office packages).
14. Experience working on MS Teams.
15. Ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
16. Demonstrates ability and willingness to learn new skills.
Contractual Benefits
1. Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
2. 4% pension contribution subject to the employee meeting their thresholds (5%)
