HR Administrator
Could be based in East or North Yorkshire
Salary £28-33,000 + Excellent range of benefits
Our client working exclusively with Lucy Walker Recruitment, is a Global Company who are market leaders within their sector. They are looking to urgently recruit a HR Administrator to join their UKHR function. The role will be based at one of their sites in either North or East Yorkshire and as a
result, you will ideally be a car driver and owner.
This is an excellent opportunity for you if you are experienced within a HR Administrator or HR
Advisor role, looking for a new challenge, or you maybe an experienced Administrator, looking to
work within HR and add value within a very busy, diverse and process driven role. You will work
within a HR team and support a wider European function playing an active role in supporting with
all HR tasks by offering support across all areas.
To be considered for the role of HR Administrator, we are looking for the following skills and
experience:
5-10 years plus strong administration or business support experience
If you have CIPD, level 3 would be an advantage but is not essential
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong IT skills, confident with all MS Office packages
Some knowledge of general HR processes and policies would be an advantage
Experience working on HR systems would be an advantage
Highly organised and proactive in your approach with the ability to multitask
