We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our family!We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: £25,396 per annum + Service charge

Key Responsibilities of aFood & Beverage Assistant:
* Creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
* Being familiar with all menus and all products available.
* Cleaning and setting up tables.
* Taking orders for our wonderful guests.
* Making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Assisting with the restaurant with in house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
* A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
* Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
