Job Overview
The Wellbeing & Safeguarding Project Youth Worker role has been established to address the growing need for targeted support in young people’s mental health and overall wellbeing. This position ensures that young people at Legacy Youth Zone have access to dedicated support during evenings and weekends, offering one-to-one conversations that meet them at their point of need. They help young people navigate challenges, connecting them to suitable activities within Legacy or referring them to specialist external services and partners when necessary. This comprehensive approach ensures that young people receive the tailored assistance they need while maximising Legacy Youth Zone’s impact on their personal development and wellbeing.
