We are pleased to advertise a full time, Band 2 Administrator / Receptionist post to work at Killelea House in Brandlesholme, Bury.
You will provide an efficient and effective reception service to all staff, patients and visitors attending Killelea House and to maintain an efficient office environment.
• General office duties including dealing with post, scanning, filing, registration of patients, making appointments, arranging transport, dealing with telephone calls, providing clerical support to the service. Using computer and paper-based systems.
• Responsible for all office tasks, general maintenance / tidiness of office and reception area while on duty, Acting on requests from staff at Killelea House and other services in the Intermediate Tier and other agencies.
• Welcoming staff, customers / patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
