The Role We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to manage lead generation for their own pipeline as well as others in the existing sales team. The role will be important in helping us to achieve our growth targets going forward. The role will be more focused on the marketing, however the successful candidate is expected to generate leads through the marketing of the product which will result in the use of sales experience to close out incoming leads. This dual role is crucial in supporting both our sales team and the marketing function. We require somebody that is confident in their ability to successfully market a company / brand to maximise sales potential. The right person will be able to suggest and implement new marketing strategies that will generate new leads for the business and increase our inbound traffic, through both incoming calls and website activity. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Marketing strategies, including the running of Google Ads and Google ad words Increasing brand awareness, and generating new sales opportunities Developing sales opportunities with both our existing customers and new prospects Providing excellent customer service by phone and by email Answering incoming calls Making outgoing calls General administration duties, create and maintain a database of potential clients to introduce both the company and services. Obtain leads Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets Increasing brand awareness, and generating new sales opportunities Driving engagement with, and traffic to our website A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and automation, with experience driving online sales growth.
