We are the drivers of change.n#LI-HybridThis is the jobWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to support our Group Chief Operating Officer (COO). You’ll be a key advisor and partner in managing, supporting, and coordinating our Chief Operating Office (COO) activities.nYou’ll manage critical projects, optimise processes, and coordinate across various departments, including HR, Internal Communications, PR, Finance, Legal, and Risk, to achieve organisational goals. This role will provide insight and experience into the core activities of COO with exposure to strategic discussions and initiatives.What will I be doing?nAssist in the development and implementation of COO Strategic Framework initiatives, including the execution of the COO annual planning process.nOversee high-impact cross-COO projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives.nProvide administrative and operational support to the COO, including agenda management, meeting preparation, MI, tracking, and follow-up on key action items.nAct as a liaison between the COO and other executives, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.nAnalyse operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.nEvaluate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the COO organisation.nWhat do I need?nBusiness Management Expertise: Key experience within a similar Business Manager role within a cross-functional operational and fast-paced organisation responsible for a variety of key strategic changes and projects.nLeadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.nAnalytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in data-driven decision-making.nCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.nOrganisation: Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.nAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, thriving in a fast-paced environment.nCollaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and build strong relationships.nAdditional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
