Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are accurately stored and easily accessible. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, including room bookings and agenda preparation. Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure the office runs smoothly. Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and setting up workstations. Help with data entry and database management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Participate in team projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role or a similar position. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
