Job summary We are looking to welcome a new Care Navigator to our friendly, busy Islington GP Practice, working with a team of 8 other Care Navigators. This is a full-time role with a mixture of early, middle and late shifts covering our core hours of 8.00am to 7.30pm. Main duties of the job Welcoming and directing patients that attend the practice, answering and triaging patients that call the practice, booking appointments, and dealing with general patient queries alongside carrying out other admin duties such as registering patients and dealing with repeat prescriptions and emails.
