We are looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist in the County Supported living and Residential Team. The role would be to work alongside Assistant Practitioners and Social Workers, reviewing suitable accommodation within Residential and Supported Living settings. We are currently supporting home closures so we ideally would be looking for a rapid worker to complete Housing Needs Assessments alongside tight deadlines. We offer support for your own wellbeing during difficult cases and have other OT's within the Learning Disabilities Service to support you. As an exciting new opportunity, the position would also offer working alongside Commissioning, to set up new schemes and your role would be to ensure they are fit for purpose.
