* Job Position : Sales Support Coordinator

Purpose:
Provide accurate and on-time administrative service and support for customers, account managers and the wider commercial team to consistently deliver a superior customer experience.
1. Review & categorize customer emails prioritizing urgent enquiries.
2. Action general queries from both internal and external customers.
3. Work with local Customer Care teams to resolve order-related issues (Price/Inco).
4. Cultivate customer relationships within the key account managers’ responsibilities.
5. Work with the Sales Managers to support the resolution of customer queries.
6. General back up and business support of Key Account Manager(s).
7. Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents etc.
8. Support new account set up, including linking products into the relevant system.
9. Support adhoc and annual pricing process.
10. Manage Sample requests process ensuring account manager is aware of customer request.
11. Adhoc reports preparation to support account manager.
Skills Required:
1. Communicates well both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills.
2. Shares information with account managers, works well as part of a cross functional team, follows company policies and values, balances short- and long-term goals.
3. Prioritizes well, shows energy, reacts to opportunities, instils urgency in others, and meets deadlines.
4. Well organised individual who can also work independently.
